I contacted your service to help me find my grandmother that I hadn't spoken to in 30 years. I left a message with your service and my call was returned within 3 minutes. I was very surprised. Charles Seruntine was the manager that helped me, and he was very kind, patient and thorough. He double checked all the information to make sure it was the right person. He did end up finding her but she had passed away 4 months earlier. But with all the information he gave me we were able to find all the family members that I hadn't spoken to in 30 years. The craziest thing of all is I have a great aunt that lives in the same town as my mother. Thank you Charles for closing a chapter in my life and helping me start a new one.

I found my biological son just 4 days after I was on your radio show on April 19th. We(me and ALL my children) talk all the time on yahoo. His adoptive mom is as excited as we are.

Hi! I just wanted to take a moment to thank you guys for the wonderful search you did for me. I needed information regarding someone's location in Canada and had tried other search co's, but to no avail- the searches always came back unknown or inconclusive. I was really discouraged and felt totally helpless because this pertains to a child support issue in another country and I kept hitting dead ends. I came across your site by accident and almost passed it by but something told me- try one more time. I'm sure glad I did!!

Not only did I get results, I received them quicker than I had anticipated and there was much more info than I thought I would obtain. I was amazed at the quick and friendly response to my intitial questions and concerns and am totally and completely satisfied with the information received.
