is agreed that all services rendered by National Locator Service,
LLC must be paid by credit card before searches commense. All searches
are on a best effort basis only. No refunds, exchanges, or credit.
Customer/buyer is solely responsible for accurately filling out order
form and selecting appropriate search. Nationallocatorservice.com
cannot be responsible for typographical errors or mistakes in the
ordering information entered by customer. Because all orders are processed
immediately, no cancellations are allowed or accepted once an order
has been submitted. If customer/buyer provides to National Locator
Service, LLC with any incorrect, non-current, illegible or misspelled
information, National Locator Service, LLC is not responsible. As
additional consideration provided by customer/buyer to National Locator
Service, LLC for work under taken by National Locator Service, LLC
for customer/buyer, customer/buyer agrees as set forth below.
While information contained in any report(s) provided by National
Locator Service, LLC or its subsidiaries, is obtained from public
record data sources which are deemed reliable, National Locator
Service, LLC cannot be held liable for its accuracy or completeness
as National Locator Service, LLC has no control over the operation
and management of such agencies.
As this information is not owned by National Locator Service, LLC
and since public record data on any one individual may be contained
in more than one repository, the accuracy of information provided
by National Locator Service, LLC to customer/buyer is limited to
those repositories accessed by National Locator Service, LLC. This
information is furnished for customer/buyer's exclusive use and
is accepted by customer/buyer without liability to National Locator
Service, LLC, its sources, officers, agents or employees. National
Locator Service, LLC does not waive any confidentiality privileges
associated with the information provided to customer/buyer.
The hereinafter-identified customer/buyer of National Locator Service,
LLC does agree to indemnify and hold harmless National Locator Service,
LLC from any litigation resulting from customer/buyer's use of the
information provided. This agreement is binding on customer/buyer's
heirs, successors and assigns at the time of purchased services.
